3. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the app, including but not limited to photos, videos, and messages. You must not post any content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive. Additionally, you must not post any content that is political in nature, contains nudity or explicit material, promotes hatred or discrimination, or is related to religious topics. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and take appropriate action against users who engage in such behavior. Our goal is to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all users of the app.
4. Prohibited Behavior:

• Promotion of Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly promoting content related to violence, LGBT topics, or any other content that Muffin deems inappropriate. Any user found violating this rule will be subject to immediate account termination.
• Misrepresentation: Users are prohibited from using profile photos that do not accurately represent their gender. Specifically, males using female photos and females using male photos will be blocked from the platform.
• Promotion of External Entities: It is strictly prohibited to use Muffin to promote other websites, businesses, products, campaigns, or anything else other than your individual person. Any such behavior will result in immediate account termination.

5. Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
6. Safety: We expect all users to behave in a respectful and safe manner when using the app. You must not engage in any abusive or harassing behavior, and you must report any such behavior to us immediately. We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these standards.
7. Third-Party Services: Our app may include links to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services, and you access them at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property: We own all rights, title, and interest in the app and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

In addition, we have the right to report your account to the concerned authorities wherever it is applicable if we deem it necessary. 12. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice or liability. Your continued use of the app following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
