This Copyright Policy (“Policy”) explains how Muffin Dating (“Muffin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) protects its intellectual property rights and outlines how users of the Muffin platform (“Platform”) may interact with copyrighted material.
Copyrighted Material on the Platform
The Platform contains copyrighted material, including but not limited to:
- Text content, such as articles, blog posts, and marketing materials.

- User-generated content, such as profile pictures and messages (subject to limitations below).
- Software code underlying the Platform’s functionality.

User-Generated Content
By creating a Muffin profile and uploading content, you grant Muffin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and translate your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You retain ownership of your copyrights in your user-generated content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content you submit to the Platform.
Respecting Copyrights
Muffin respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. Do not upload, post, or share any content that infringes on the copyright of another party.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Muffin’s copyright agent with the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the alleged infringing material is located on the Platform.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
