Refund Policy

1. General Policy
  • All charges for in-app purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds may be issued if a request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Refunds may also be issued if required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Refunds are not available if your account is terminated due to a violation of Muffin’s terms of service.
3. How to Request a Refund
  • For purchases made through the Apple App Store, request a refund through Apple Support.
  • For purchases made through the Google Play Store, request a refund through Google Support.
  • For purchases made directly through Muffin, contact Muffin Support with your order number and a detailed explanation of your request.
4. Processing Refund Requests
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within five business days.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
